Welcomes the progress made by the United Nations System Staff College over the past two years in providing high-quality learning and training to the United Nations system;

Recognizes the continuing work of the Staff College to consolidate its central role in inter-agency learning, training and knowledge-sharing, in the light of the current efforts to equip the staff of the United Nations with the right knowledge and the skills necessary to respond to global challenges, including the implementation of the post-2015 development agenda;

Welcomes the increased role of the Staff College as a catalyst for organizational change and transformation within the United Nations system;

Notes with appreciation the progress made by the Staff College in ensuring its sustainability, including through self-generated resources;

Calls upon all organizations of the United Nations system to make full and effective use of the services provided by the Staff College, strengthen cooperation and synergies with the Staff College and encourage the participation of their staff in relevant Staff College courses;

Encourages Member States to continue to support the Staff College by recognizing its unique inter-agency function and its important role in building the capacity of United Nations staff and organizations for the effective and efficient delivery of their mandates.
