Strengthen their efforts to enhance and diversify the availability of pathways for safe, orderly and regular migration, including in response to demographic and labour market realities, and for migrants in vulnerable situations, as well as those affected by disasters, climate change and environmental degradation, including by working coherently across all relevant multilateral forums, conclude labour mobility agreements, optimize education opportunities, facilitate access to procedures for family reunification through appropriate measures that promote the realization of the right to family life and the best interests of the child, and regularize migrants in an irregular situation, in line with national laws, and providing migrants with access to information pertaining to their rights and obligations during all stages of migration, including information on fair and ethical recruitment, skills, qualifications, entry and exit requirements, living and working conditions, wages and benefits, and access to justice and services, among others;
