Notes the progress made in the construction of the new premises, and requests the Secretary-General to submit a final report to the General Assembly during its seventy-fourth session;

Requests the Secretary-General, in the context of his final report, to include, inter alia, an analysis of and comprehensive information on lessons learned and best practices for application, as appropriate, to other construction projects;

Welcomes the efforts made by the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals to cooperate with other United Nations entities on construction-related issues.
