Encouragesthe President of the Economic and Social Council, in collaboration with the Secretary-General, to produce an information note regarding arrangements for the meeting of the annual forum in 2016;

Invitesthe President of the Economic and Social Council to consider appointing two co-facilitators, as appropriate, who will prepare the draft conclusions and recommendations of the annual forum and facilitate consultations among Member States with a view to reaching its intergovernmentally agreed conclusions and recommendations;

Urgesinternational, bilateral and other potential donors to consider contributing generously to the Trust Fund for the Follow-up to the International Conference on Financing for Development, in particular to support the travel to and participation of representatives from developing countries, in particular the least developed countries, in the annual forum;

Looks forward to the annual report of the inter-agency task force to be convened by the Secretary-General in accordance with paragraph 133 of the Addis Ababa Action Agenda;

Requeststhe Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its seventy-first session a report on the implementation of the present resolution, and decides to include the item entitled “Follow-up to and implementation of the outcomes of the International Conferences on Financing for Development” in the provisional agenda of its seventy-first session, unless otherwise agreed in the discussions on the revitalization of the Second Committee, and taking into account that the inter-agency task force to be convened by the Secretary-General will report on progress in implementing the financing for development outcomes and the means of implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.1
