Invites Member States, the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, relevant entities of the United Nations system and intergovernmental organizations and civil society, including non-governmental organizations, to reinforce activities and cooperation so as to continue to develop an agenda for humanitarian action;

Requests the Secretary-General to report on these issues to the General Assembly at its sixty-fifth session in his annual report on the strengthening of the coordination of emergency humanitarian assistance of the United Nations.
