FlNANCING OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 1967
The General Assembly Resolves that for the financia! year 1967:
l. Budget appropriations totalling $US 130,314,230, decreased by revised appropnations for 1966 totalling $486,890,29 shall be financed as follows, in accordance wi th regulations 5.1 and 5.2 of the Financia! Rcgulations of the United Nations:

(a) As to $8,392,626, by income other than staff assessment approvecl under resolution B aliove;
( b) As to $1,279,400,29 by the revised income other than staff assessment for 1966;
(e) As to $1,904,268, by the arnount available in the surplus acconnt for the financia! year 1965;
( d) As to $164,247, by the contributions of Indonesia for the years 1965 ami 1966;
(e) As to $18,128, by the contributions of new Member States for 1966:
(f) As to $118,068,671, by assessment on Member States in accorclance with General Assembly resolution 2118 (XX) of 21 December 1965 on the scale of assessments for 19(i7:

There shall be set off against the assessment on Member States, subject to the provisions of General Assembly resolution 973 (X) of 15 December 1955, their respective shares in the Tax Equalization Fund in a total amount of $12,688,736, comprising:
a
$13,249,800, being the estimated staff assessment income far 1967;
( b) Less $664,900,29 representing the decrease in the revised income frorn staff assessment for 1966;
e
$103,836, being the excess of the actual income over the approved estimated incorne from staff assessment far 1965.
