Decides that ail Member States shall prohibit the use or transfer of any funds in their territories by the illegal régime in Southern Rhodesia, including any office or agent thereof, or by other persans or bodies within Southern Rhodesia, for the purposes of any office or agency of the illegal régime that is established within thek territocies other than an office or agency so established exclusively for pensions purposes;

Urges, having regard to the principle stated in Article 2, paragraph 6 of the Charter of the United Nations, States not Members of the Unrted Nations to act in accordance with the provisions of the present resolution;

Decides to meet not later than 11 Novembcr 1977 to consider the application of further measures under Article 41 of the Charter, and meanwhile requests the Security Council Committee established in pursuance of resolution 25 3 ( 1968) concerning the question of Southern Rhodesia to examine, in addition to its other functions, the application of furthcr measures under Article 41 and to report to the Council thereon as soon as possible.
