Requests, in this regard, the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its sixty-seventh session, within the framework of the review of the implementation of Assembly resolution 61/16, a report containing proposals for strengthening the Council, including its working methods, so that it can effectively fulfil its functions, and giving special attention to the integrated and coordinated implementation of, and the regular and substantive follow-up to, the outcomes of all major United Nations conferences and summits in the economic, social, environmental and related fields, to be prepared in consultation with Member States and taking into account the contributions of the functional and regional commissions and other subsidiary bodies of the Council, as appropriate.
