Congratulates the participating States of the United Nations Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia on the occasion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Special Programme, and recognizes its significant role as a regional programme that promotes mutual understanding, economic cooperation and regional development;

Encourages the participating States of the Special Programme and the United Nations to explore the possibility of establishing a United Nations multi-partner trust fund for the effective and timely mobilization of financial resources for the implementation of projects under the Special Programme;
