Welcomes and accepts with appreciation the generous offer of the Government of Botswana to host the third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, and decides that the Conference will be held in Gaborone for a duration of four days, from 10 to 13 December 2024, at the highest possible level, including Heads of State and Government, on the theme “Driving progress through partnerships”;

Strongly encourages Governments, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, major groups and other donors to contribute in a timely manner to the trust fund in support of activities undertaken by the Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States to support the preparations for the third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries and the participation of landlocked developing countries in the Conference.
