Takes note of the ongoing efforts of the Government of Honduras to combat corruption, including its initiative to establish an international, impartial, independent and autonomous mechanism against corruption and impunity in Honduras, which responds to the will and interests of the people of Honduras;

Requests the Secretary-General, on an exceptional basis and without creating a precedent, to support the initiative of the Government of Honduras in its fight against corruption and impunity with a view to its prompt implementation.
