Welcomes the involvement of the countries that use French as a common language, particularly through the International Organization of la Francophonie, in the preparation for, conduct of and follow-up to international conferences organized under the auspices of the United Nations, as witnessed at the twenty-sixth session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, held in Glasgow, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, from 31 October to 13 November 2021, and the twenty-seventh session, held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, from 6 to 20 November 2022, the United Nations Ocean Conference, held in Lisbon from 27 June to 1 July 2022, the fifteenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, held in Kunming, China, from 11 to 15 October 2021, and in Montreal, Canada, from 7 to 19 December 2022, the second part of the Fifth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, held in Doha from 5 to 9 March 2023, and the United Nations Water Conference, held in New York from 22 to 24 March 2023;
