Reaffirms the Declaration on the Right to Peace, adopted by the General Assembly on 19 December 2016, and invites States, agencies and organizations of the United Nations system and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations to disseminate the Declaration and to promote universal respect and understanding thereof;
