Stresses the role of the zone of peace and cooperation of the South Atlantic as a forum for increased interaction among its member States;

Calls upon States to cooperate in the promotion of the objectives of peace and cooperation established in resolution 41/11 and reiterated in the Luanda Final Declaration and the Luanda Plan of Action;
