Decides to hold the sixteenth session of the High-level Committee on South-South Cooperation on 4 February 2010, preceded by an organizational meeting on 21 January 2010 to elect the President and Bureau of the sixteenth session of the High-level Committee;

Also decides to include in the provisional agenda of its sixty-sixth session the sub-item entitled “South-South Cooperation for development”, and requests the Secretary-General to submit at that session a comprehensive report of the state of South-South cooperation for development.
