Decides to approve the budget for the United Nations advance team in the Sudan for the period from 11 September to 10 December 2004 in the amount of 21,789,400 United States dollars gross (21,008,100 dollars net);

Notes that part of the requirements would be met from the unspent balance of 998,600 dollars of the amount already provided for the mission;
