Endorses the observations and recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions contained in its report2 with regard to the emoluments, the special allowance of the President and for the Vice-President when acting as President, the education grant, pensions and other conditions of service of the members of the International Court of Justice, the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and the ad litem judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, without prejudice to the existing rules governing the conditions of service of the judges of the Tribunals;
