Congratulates the International Olympic Committee upon its centenary and for its activities organized to celebrate the observance of the International Year of Sport and the Olympic Ideal in 1994 in cooperation with the International Sports Federations and the National Olympic Committees;

Invites the President of the International Olympic Committee to mobilize the Olympic Movement in support of the forthcoming celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the United Nations and of the United Nations Year for Tolerance in 1995;

Decides to include in the provisional agenda of its fiftieth session an item entitled "Building a peaceful and better world through sport and the Olympic Ideal".
