Approves the convening in New York of two further sessions of the Conference, from 27 March to 12 April 1995 and from 24 July to 4 August 1995, in accordance with the recommendation of the Conference;

Requests the Secretary-General to provide services for those two sessions of the Conference, including facilities for holding two simultaneous meetings during the sessions;

Urges the Conference to complete its work before the fiftieth session of the General Assembly;
