* At its 89th plenary meeting, on 14 February 1994, the General Assembly, on the proposal of its President, amended the title of agenda item 123 by deleting the word "proposed", in view of the fact that it had adopted the programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995 on 23 December 1993. The item now reads "Programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995".
