XXII Administrative and financial arrangements regarding the United Nations International Drug Control Programme Takes note of the note by the Secretariat on the administrative and financial arrangements regarding the United Nations International Drug Control Programme; ll/ XXIII United Nations Programme on Space Applications Takes note of the letter from the Chairman of the Special Political Committee to the Chairman of the Fifth Committee regarding a budgetary allocation for the United Nations Programme on Space Applic~tions; 28/ XXIV United Nations Institute for Training and Research Decides, in order to provide for the minimal transitional requirements for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research until the General Assembly can consider this matter at its resumed forty-seventh session, to authorize the Secretary-General to commit funds, not to exceed 400,000 dollars, for the period 1 January through 28 February 1993, by advances from the WQrking Capital Fund, to cover all costs related to the provision of security and maintenance of the premises of the Institute, as well as the costs of maintaining the existing number of staff members of the New York office of the Institute for whom placement is to be sought elsewhere within the United Nations system, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 42/197 of 11 December 1987;
