Reaffirms that the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, is applicable to the Palestinian and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since I 967, including Jerusalem;

Condemns once again the failure of Israel, the occu pying Power, to acknowledge the applicability of that Con vention to the territories it has occupied since I 96 7, inclu ding Jerusalem;

Strongly demands that Israel acknowledge and com ply with the provisions of that Convention in the Palestin-

ian and other Arab territories it has occupied since 196 7, including Jerusalem;

Urgently calls upon all States parties to that Conven tion to exert all efforts in order to ensure respect for and compliance with its provisions in the Palestinian and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967, including Jerusalem;

Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Gen eral Assembly at its forty-first session on the implementa tion of the present resolution.
