Having considered the report of the Committee for Pro-

Adopts the revisions to the medium-term plan contained in the report of the Secretary-General,64 as modified by the recommendations contained in chapter X, paragraphs 305 to 323, of the report of the Committee for Programme and Co-ordination63 and approved by the Economic and Social Council in its resolution 1984/61 A;

Approves the conclusions and other recommendations of the Committee for Programme and Co-ordination contained in chapter X of its report and the decisions of the Economic and Social Council contained in its resolution 1984/61;

Endorses the proposals by the Secretary-General in paragraphs 18 and I 9 of his report on the strengthening of the capacity of the United Nations evaluation units and systems;65 5.

Also endorses the medium-term plan for financial, common and conference services66 and the views thereon expressed by the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.68
