Urges the Security Council to take mandatory de cisions, under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, to ensure the total cessation of all co-operation with the racist regime of South Africa in military and nuclear fields by Governments, corporations. institutions and individuals;

Deplores the actions of several Western States and Israel which have provided the racist regime of South Africa with an enormous arsenal of military equipment and tech nology, as well as assistance in its nuclear plans, and which have allowed corporations under their jurisdiction to invest in the armaments industry in South Africa;

Condemns any manoeuvres to create military pacts or arrangements with the participation of the racist regime of South Africa;

Invites all Governments and organizations to assist, in consultation with the national liberation movements of
