Requests the Secretary-General to transmit to Governments, competent organs of the United Nations system and international organizations concerned the reports of the open-ended working groups established at the thirty-fifth, 89 thirty-sixth90 and thirty-seventh sessions88 and to invite them to bring up to date the comments they submitted in accordance with Economic and Social Council decision 1979/36 or to submit new comments on the basis of the abovementioned reports, by 30 June 1983;
