Requests the Secretary-General to refe~ to the. executive heads of the organizations of the Umted Nations system, through the Administrative Committee on. Coordination, matters arising out of the report ~f the Adv1~ory Committee and of the related debate in the Fifth Committee that call for their attention and necessary action;
