Takes note of the report of the High-level Meeting on the Review of Technical Co-operation among Developing Countries;

Decides that. henceforth, the High-level Meeting shall be called the High-level Committee on the Review of Technical Co-operation among Developing Countries, with the same functions and frame of reference as those outlined in recommendation 37 and other relevant recommendations of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for Promoting and Implementing Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries:

Requests the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme lo convene the session of the Committee from I to 8 June 1981 under the same organizational and procedural arrangements as were made for the session of the High-level Meeting;

Urges all States to take immediate steps to implement the decisions adopted by the High-level Meeting;

Invites all participants in the United Nations Development Programme to undertake the necessary preparations for the session of the Committee in 1981 and to he represented at a high level;

Requests the executive heads of the organs, organizations and bodies of the United Nations development system, including the regional commissions, in close co-operation with the Administrator of the United N.itions Development Programme, to contribute to the preparation of the session of the High-level Committee in 198 l and to participate actively therein.
