Requests the Secretary-General to carry out such an in-depth study with the assistance of the Group of Governmental Experts on the Question of the Establishment of an International Satellite Monitoring Agency previously constituted;

Also requests the Secretary-General to submit a comprehensive report on the subject in time for the General Assembly to take a decision at its second special session devoted to disarmament, in 1982;

Draws the attention of the Secretary-General to the fact that, in pursuance of paragraph 2 above, the study should be submitted no later than June 1981 to
