Takes note with satisfaction of the report of the Secretary-General on the United Nations programme of fellowships on disarmament;

Decides to continue the programme;

Requests the Secretary-General to make adequate arrangements relating to the programme for 1980 in accordance with the guidelines approved by the General Assembly at its thirty-third session;

Also requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its thirty-fifth session a report on the implementation of the programme.
