Requests the Secretary-General to transmit the present resolution, together with its annex containing draft additional guidelines for the improvement of the channels of communication between the United Nations and youth and youth organizations, to all Member States, regional commissions and regional and intemational youth organizations in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council for their comments and suggestions;
