Calls once again upon all States to respect the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and nonalignment of •the Republic of Cyprus and to refrain from all acts and interventions directed against it;

Demands the withdrawal without further dclay of all foreign armed forces and foreign military presence and personnel from the Republic of Cyprus, and the cessation of all foreign interference in its affairs;

Calls upon the parties concerned to undertake urgent measures to facilitate the voluntary return of all refugees to their homes in safety and to settle all other aspects of the refugee problem;

Calls for the immediate resumption in a meaningful and constructive manner of the negotiations between the represootiatives of the twp communities, under the auspices of the Secretary-General, to be conducted freely on an equail footing with a view to reach~ng a mutually acceptable agreement based on their fundamental and legitimate rights;

Urges all parties to refrain from unilateral actions in contravention of resolution 3212 (XXIX), including changes in the demographic structure of Cyprus;

Requests the Secretary-General to continue his role in the negotiations between the representatives of the two communities;

Also requests the Secretary-General to bring the P!esent resolution to t_he '.attention of the Security Council and to report on its implementation as soon as appropriate and not later than 31 March 1976;

Calls upon all parties to continue to co-operate fuhly with the United Nations Peace-keeping Force in Cyprus;
