Invites Member States and regional commissions which have not yet done so on the basis of General Assembly resolution 32/135 to comment on the guidelines and to offer additional suggestions regarding the
further development of these guidelines;

Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its thirty-fourth session a report on comments and suggestions offered by Member States and regional commissions relating to the guidelines;

Invites the Commission for Social Development to make appropriate recommendations for the further development of the guidelines adopted by the General Assembly in resolution 32/135, taking into account the suggestions and comments of Member States and regional commissions and the debate on the subject during the thirty-third session and to report to the Assembly at its thirty-fourth session, through the Economic and Social Council;

Further requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its thirty-fourth session a report on the progress achieved in the implementation of the guidelines with specific, action-oriented recommendations aimed at the further development and practica! implementation of the guidelines and at the promotion and support of co-operation between the United Nations and the specialized agencies on the one hand, and national and international youth organizations on the other;
