Expresses its deep regret and great concern at the suspension of the negotiations to replace the International Wheat Agreement of 1971, as extended;

Calls upon the Chairman of the United Nations Conference to Negotiate an International Arrangement to Replace the International Wheat Agreement of 1971, as Extended, to carry out as early as feasible the consultations envisaged in the resolution of 24 November 1978 of the Conference;
