Deplores thc continued refusal of thc lsraeli authorities to takc sters for the return of the displaced inhabitants;

Ca/ls once more upon Israel:

To take immediate steps for thc return of the (a) displaced inhabitants;

To dcsist from ali meas u res that obstruct the ( b) return of the displaced inhabitants, including measures affecting the physical and demographic structure of the occupied territories;

Requests the Secretary-General, after consulting with thc Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, to report to the General Assembly by the opening of its thirty-third session on lsrael's compliance with paragraph 3 of the present resolution.
