Concurs with the observations and conclusions of the Advisory Committee on Administrative aa<,l Budgetary Questions116 with regard to recommendations 3 to 10 contained in that chapter;

Decides that the recommendation of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions with respect to sea travel on home leave111 should be implemented as from 1 January 1974.
