Requeststhe regional economic commissions and the United Nations Economic and Social Office at Beirut to continue and further intensify their efforts in helping to promote, on a regional, subregional or interregional basis, trade expansion, economic cooperation and integration among their member countries as a concrete step towards the attainment of the goals and objectives of the Second United Nations Development Decade;
