Invites thc Sccretary-General to undertake, in cooperation with thc Unitcd Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and in consultation with the Unitcd Nations lnstitute for Training and Research and any other agcncy or organization he decms necessary and taking into account the views expressed at the twcnty-fourth session of the General Assembly, a comprehensive expcrt study on thc feasibility of an international university, including a clear definition of its goals and objectivcs as well as rccommendations as to how it might be organizcd and financcd;

Expresses the hope that the report on the study will be available early in the lntcrnational Education Year and in time to be submitted through the Economic and Social Council to thc General Assembly at its twenty-fifth session.
