Decides that the present resolution shall supersede General Assembly resolution 1588 (XV) and paragraph 7 of the annex to Assembly resolution 1798
(XVII) of 11 December 1962;

Further decides that the subsistence allowance rates for members of the International Court of Justice, payable under the travel and subsistence regulations of the Court, shall be the same as those set forth in paragraph 1 (a) above.
