Requests that in the report of the International Civil Service Advisory Board on its seventeenth session separate chapters be included describing the progress made on:
a
The review proposed by the International Civil Service Advisory Board in paragraph 114 of the report on its thirteenth session,48 in the light of the observations contained in paragraph 45 of the report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions ;47
( b) The construction of the international salary index and the study of "world market rates" ;

Requests. the Secretary-General to circulate the report of the International Civil Service Advisory Board on its seventeenth session as a document of the twenty-fourth session of the General Assembly.
