Having considered the report of the Secretary- General on the headquarters of the United Nations (A/62 7 ),

Noting with satisfaction the conclusion of the Loan Agreement for 65,000,000 dollars between the United Nations and the United States Government, and its approval by the Congress of the United States of America,

Approves the report of the Secretary-General on the headquarters of the United Nations;

Expresse, its appreciation of the co-operation extended by the Government of the United States of America, the State of New York and the City of New York;

Decides that the Headquarters Advisory Committee established by General Assembly resolution 182 (Il) of 2 0 November 19li 7 1 shall be continued with the existing membership;

li. Requests the Secretary-General to report to the fourth regular session of the General Assembly on the progress of the construction of the headquarters.
