Calls upan the Government of South A.frica to co-operate with the Secretary-General in implementing the present resolution;

Requests the Secretary-General to disseminate in South W est Africa and elsewhere information concerning the scholarship programrnes ;

Further requests the Secretary-General to consult with the Special Cornmittee on the Situation with regard to the Irnplementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples concerning the implernentation of the Prograrnme and to report thereon to the General Assembly at its twenty-first session.
