Approves the chapters of the reports of the Special Committee on the Situation with regard to the Implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples relating to these Territories, and endorses the conclusions and recommendations contained therein;

Calls upon the administering Powers to implement without delay the relevant r{'solutions of the General Assembly;

Requeststhe administering Powers to allow United Nations visiting missions to visit the Territories, and to extend to them full co-operation and assistance;

Reaffirms the inalienable right of the people of these Territories to decide their constitutional status in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and with the provisions of resolution 1514 (XV) and other relevant General Assembly resolutions;
5
Decides that the United Nations should render all help to the people of these Territories in their efforts freely to decide their future status;
6
Requeststhe Special Committee to examine the situation in these Territories and to report on the implementation of the present resolution to the General Assembly at its twenty-first session;
7
Requeststhe Secretary-General to give all assistance in the implementation of this resolution.
