Noting with satisfaction Economic and Social Council to provide as far as possible for the full utilization of resolution 974 C (XXXVI) of 22 July 1963 on the encontributions to the Expanded Programme of Technical largement of the Economic and Social Council, adopted Assistance, and to permit modifications to country proby the Council at the initiative of the Economic Comgrammes requested by recipient Governments and mission for Africa, approved by him;
Noting that many subsidiary bodies of the Economic

Concurs in the Committee's authorization to the Nations, to determine the membership of all its subparticipating organizations to retain for operations in sidiary bodies, 1%4 the balance of funds allocated to them in 1963 which have not been obligated or transferred to another
Desiring, as an interim measure and pending the enagency, under the provisions of paragraph 2 above, by largement of the Economic and Social Council itself, to improve forthwith the representative character of the the end of the year.
