Takes note of the report of the Committee on Information from Non-Self-Governing Territories on the work of its thirteenth session;

Notes with satisfaction that the Committee examined the political antl" constitutional information transmitted hy the Administering Members in the spirit of Article 73 of the Charter of the United Nations;

Notes that the information on political and constitutional developments transmitted thus far has not been detailed enough to allow the Committee and the General Assembly fully to evaluate such developments:

Invitesthe Administering Members to continue to transmit the fullest possible information on political and constitutional developments, especially concerninf.," the activitiE's of the political parties and groups in the Non- Self-Governing Territories, as well as information showing the extent to which the political. administratiw and judicial machinerv in the Territories is in the hanrls of the indigenous people;
N otcs that the report of the Committee on Information from Non-Self-Governing Territorie~ was formally transmitted to the Special, Committee on th<" Situation with regard to the Implementation of thE' Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Co11ntries and Peoples:

Requeststhe Secretary-General to transmit the report to the Member States responsible for the aciministration of Non-Self-Governing Territories, to the Economic and Social Council. to the regional economic commissions, to the Trusteeship Council and to the specialized agencies concerned, for their consideration.
