Welcomes the efforts to solve international coffee problems by means of the conclusion of the International Coffee Agreement, 1962;

Calls upon all participating States to take the steps necessary for the full operation of the Agreement as rapidly as possible ;

Expresses the hope that all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies trading in coffee will eventually find it possible to participate in the Agreement.
