Considers that the implementation of the present resolution will further ensure for Rwanda the speedy return of an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity;

Requests the Special Committee established by General Assembly resolution 1654 (XVI) of 27 November 1961 to consider whether the territory of Southern Rhodesia has attained a full measure of self-government;
