Decides to invite States members of the specialized agencies, which are not also Members of the United Nations, to attend the meetings of the ad hoc Committee for the purpose of announcing their pledges to the refugee programmes ;

Requests the Secretary-General, in consultation with the executive heads of the extra-budgetary programmes:
a
To fix each year appropriate dates for the meetings of the ad hoc Committee and the Pledging Conference for the Special Fund and the Expanded Programme of Technical 'Assistance convened in accordance with General Assembly resolution 1091 A (XI) of 27 February 1957, and to notify the members of these dates in good time;

( b) To bring each year to the attention of the members the requirements of the extra-budgetary programmes for the following year and to seek their support for these programmes.
