Expresses again the hope that the annual flow of international assistance and capital, in accordance with paragraph 2 of the General Assembly resolution 1522 (XV), should be increased substantially so that it might reach as soon as possible approximately 1 per cent of the combined national incomes of the economically advanced countries;

Requests the Secretary-General, in making the annual reports called for in paragraph 4 of resolution 1522 (XV) dealing with the progress made towards the objectives of that resolution, to submit information in so far as possible on both gross and net flows of international assistance and capital;

Urges the Government of the States concerned, t~e speciali_zed agencies and other related organizations to assist the Secretary-General in the preparation of those reports.
