Considers that the voluntary transm1ss10n of such information and its summarizing by the Secretary-General arc entirely in conformity with the spirit of Article 73 of the Charter, and should be therefore duly noted and encouraged.

3 November 1947. 145 HI). Collaboration of the specialized agencies in regard to Article 73 e of the Charter
The General Assembly Invites the Secretary-General to enter into relations with the secretariats of the specialized agencies in order to allow these agencies:
1
To assist the Secretary-General of the United Nations in preparing analyses of the information required under Article 73 c of the Charter on a functional basis;
2
To make recommendations through the appropriate channels, to the General Assembly with respect to the form and content of the information with a view to incorporating therein the informational needs of the specialized agencies, and
3
To bring to the notice nf the General Assembly through the appropri:,te channels, conclusions based on this information and supplemental information as to the conditions, within their respective fields of interest, of Non-Self-Governing Territories generally and particularly as to the phes 2 et 3 ci-dessus; transmis en application de l' Article 73 e, les renseignements supplementaires mentionnes ci-des-
competentes; general soit egalement habilite a inserer, clans ses renseignements statistiques officiels disponibles le caractere permettrait d'etablir des comparaisons, sous reserve d'un accord a intervenir entre Cent-huitieme seance pleniere,

Transmission spontanee de renseignements relatifs au progres de la participation des autochtones au fonctionnement des organes locaux de gouvernement L' Assemblee generale a.,~ument l'administration de Territoires non autonomes ont de leur propre mouvement transmis ticipation des autochtones au fonctionnement des organcs locaux de gouvernement clans les Territoires non autonomes;
Considere que la transmission spontanee de tels taire general repondent entierement a l'esprit de I' Article 73 de la Charte et doivent, en consequence, etre constatcs et encourages.
