Invites the Economic and Social Council to examine at its twenty-eighth session the desirability and feasibility of establishing and maintaining, under the auspices of the United Nations, rosters of scientihc and technical pet .,onnel of the less developed countries, whose services might also be utilized outside their respective countries;
